Concierge Psychology Services

Evidence-based care, delivered with presence, precision, and compassion.

designed for the driven

When you spend your days excelling, achieving, and keeping it all together, therapy shouldn’t feel like just another task to “get right.” I help high-performing professionals, college students, and adults with trauma who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. If perfectionism is taking its toll or past trauma is shaping your present, you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.

individual therapy

You’re successful, capable, and high-functioning, but somehow still anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Maybe you’ve outgrown old coping patterns, but don’t know what to replace them with. Maybe therapy hasn’t helped before, or it didn’t go deep enough. Maybe you have trauma, and you’re looking to move past your past. Or you have a hard time letting go of something, and it’s negatively shaped how you see yourself. Whatever it is, private therapy sessions help you sort through what’s underneath it all and give you the tools to feel more like yourself again.

couples therapy

You love each other, but lately, it’s been hard to connect. Maybe you’re arguing more, resentment’s creeping in, or you can’t even name what’s wrong. Couples therapy helps you communicate more clearly, understand each other more deeply, and reconnect with the reason you chose each other in the first place. If you’re dating, married, or anything in between, I’m here to support you and help your relationship stay healthy.

family therapy

Families come to therapy because they’re stuck in patterns that feel impossible to break. Maybe your teenager is shutting down, refusing to talk, and you’re at a loss for how to reach them. Maybe it’s parenting disagreements that are straining your partnership. Or maybe divorce, remarriage, or grief has left everyone walking on eggshells. Family therapy can help you deal with problems and reconnect in a way that works for your family.

Do you offer support between sessions?

Yes! If you need support between sessions, feel free to email me. I check and answer emails multiple times per day!

How often will I meet?

That depends on what you need and what feels sustainable for your life. Some clients prefer weekly sessions to build momentum, while others space them out based on their schedules or goals. You don’t have to be in therapy forever to see real change. Many evidence-based treatments are designed to create meaningful shifts in a shorter timeframe. That said, some people choose to continue beyond the immediate work to grow, deepen, and maintain the progress they’ve made. It’s always your choice, and we’ll decide together what makes the most sense for you.

Do you accept insurance / offer superbills?

I do not accept insurance, but there is an option for superbills. Please see more information regarding this on the Process Page.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions?

Absolutely. I’m committed to the highest level of care, no matter how you receive it. Some people feel more comfortable virtually, while others prefer face-to-face. It’s simply whatever you prefer. If you want trauma or anxiety therapy Tampa residents trust to help you feel like yourself again, you’re in the right place.

Can I include my partner or family at some point?

Yep! Your partner or family can join you in person for family therapy (Tampa-based only) or couples therapy (Tampa-based only). They can also join any virtual session of your choosing.

What if therapy hasn’t worked for me before?

Totally valid question, and honestly, one I hear a lot. If therapy hasn’t worked for you before, it doesn’t mean you failed or that therapy can’t help. It just means you haven’t found the right fit yet. My individual therapy psychology goes deeper. It personalizes your experience and focuses on what needs to change for you. Some past therapists maybe felt too surface-level, or you didn’t feel truly seen. Whatever your experience was, I do things differently here. We build a strong relationship first. Then, make sure you get everything you need. Period.

How do I schedule a therapy session?

Simply click the “let’s get started” button below and schedule your first intake session!

What’s the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I require a minimum of a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please see the Process Page for more details.

Can I switch between in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes, if you’re in Tampa, Florida, or nearby, you can switch between virtual and in-person service where I come to you.

You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. Let’s do this together.
